    FG304空气捻接器可以实现纱线的"无接头"连接，以避免传统打结器打结的"结头"所产生的弊端。
    FG305系列列捻接器是在原FG304基础上为拓展适用范围而开发的。（目前有B、C、D、E、F、G、H等）适用范围：棉、毛、丝、长丝涤纶、腈纶等纤维的单纱及股线。
适用纱线品种：棉、毛、化纤及混纺的单纱
适用纱线密度：60-7tex
保留强度：大于原纱强力的81%
捻接粗度：为原纱粗度的1~1.3倍
压缩空气压力：0.54~0.68Mpa

　By the use of splice type FG304 ,we may get the knotless splice and avoid the faults of the knot knotted by the traditional knotting apparatus.
　FG305 Type ：This type is developed based on the type FG304 in order to open up the suitable FG304 in order to open up the suitable range usage (there are B、C、D、E、F、G、H etc.. at present).Suitable for cotton: wool, Silk, Filament, Polyester, acrylic fibre, etc , both suitable for yarn and thread.
Using Yarn:Cotton, wool , chemical fibres and blend yarn
Adaption to the density of yard: 60-7tex
Retaining the splice strength:Over 80% of the original yarn
The appearance of splice:1~1.3 time coarse as the original yarn
The pressure of compressed: 0.54~0.68Mpa

FG306 / FG307喷雾式空气捻接器

　　FG306喷雾式空气捻接器主要适用于常规情况下难以捻接而具有一定吸水性的纤维。雾化介质与高压气体同时作用于纤维的加捻过程使捻接性能大大改善。
　　FG307系列则是为尝试包芯纱的捻接对FG306的关键部件适当更动设计而成。
适用纱线品种：棉、棉麻混纺：气流纺、麻、棉化纤、混纺纱及股线
适用纱线密度：单纱120-10tex （5-6Ne）； 股线 37/2~5/2 tex （16/2~120/2Ne）
保留强度：不低于原纱强力的75%
耗水量：0.008~0.011毫升/次
雾化介质：工业蒸馏水
　 The spraying air splicer type FG306 is mainly used for the water absorbed fibre which is hardly knotted by the usual splicer .the spraying medium and the high pressure air worked both to the fibres at twisting process and makes a great change of the knotting propert.
　FG307 system is develop from FG306 . It designs for splice with core yarn.
